Why you can trust the answer

We earn nothing from what happens next.

If the specialist tells you that you need surgery, we receive no payment from whoever performs it. No referral fee. No commission. No revenue share with any hospital or surgeon.

We are paid for the consultation and nothing else. That is the whole business model for this service, and it is the reason the advice you get is not shaped by where it might send you.

Three tiers. The difference is stated.

Not "basic / premium / platinum." The actual difference between them.

How this is regulated

A teleconsultation under NMC guidelines

This is a full video teleconsultation conducted by a registered medical practitioner under the National Medical Commission's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. It is not a chat service, a symptom checker, or an AI tool.

Every doctor's NMC number is shown

Before you book, you see the consulting doctor's name, qualifications, specialty and NMC registration number. You can verify it independently at nmc.org.in.

Consent is recorded

Explicit consent for the teleconsultation is captured before the call begins, as the guidelines require. You may withdraw at any point.

Our limits, in writing

Three things we will not do

When a second opinion is worth ₹3,500

Major surgery has been advised

Particularly spinal fusion, joint replacement, hysterectomy, or any procedure with permanent consequences.

A serious diagnosis has just landed

Cancer, a cardiac condition, a neurological diagnosis anything where the next decision is hard to reverse.

Treatment is not working

When the expected response has not come, the question is often whether the diagnosis, not the drug, needs revisiting.

You did not understand what you were told

A legitimate reason on its own. Twenty unhurried minutes with someone who has read your file is worth a great deal.

The family disagrees

An independent specialist's written view often settles a decision that has stalled at home.

You want to check before spending

Confirming necessity before committing to an expensive procedure is a reasonable thing to do.
