A named Healing Tourist coordinator accompanies the patient through admission and discharge. They do not interfere clinically and they are not your staff.
We take a defined discharge pack for the patient's continuity programme. Format agreed with your medical records team before the first case.
Annual procedure volume and reported complication rates, attributed to you, on our public site for the procedures we actually place with you.
We understand this is unusual and that it will disqualify some institutions. That is the intended effect. Patients choosing a hospital 6,000 kilometres away on the strength of a logo grid are not making an informed decision, and we would rather work with a smaller number of partners who are comfortable being measured.
Figures are yours, attributed to you, with the definition and period stated. You review the wording before it goes live.
